“Hotel was once a grand place - currently needs TLC. Not as clean as you would expect. Restaurant menu & service were not up to Blennerhassett reputation. Not sure I would stay there again.”

“Clean quiet room. Hot breakfast every morning.”

“Albergo pessimo stanze vecchie, mobili scorticati, cucina in camera non allestita, chieste pentole per cucinare ma non avevano nemmeno posate e bicchieri. Letti rifatti disordinatamente, una mattina non li hanno nemmeno rifatti. Colazione scarsa e cattiva”

“Was told at check in the pool was open, although it's missing a foot of water. When my children went down to swim they were told they weren't allowed that it was 15$ per person.”

“Overall decent for the money”

“They were doing some exterior renovations but overall the hotel was clean and comfortable.”

“Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Really no amenities but for just a stop for the night it was fine. Would stay again.”

“Older but well maintained. Quiet, plenty of hot water.”

“The property was as expected for the money. The bed was terribly hard. One room had a broken lock, one room had a broken towel bar.”

“Staff was very friendly & helpful”

Beautiful sunsets and sunrises over the open agricultural field on one side and wooded separation from a few quiet neighbors on the other side. Walking bridge connects to the well lit path down to the dock for fishing/boating/kayaking/pedal boat as well as a well lit deck with nice outdoor furniture for relaxing and conversation. Kayaks,...

“The host was wonderful in communicating! The place is super cute, private, clean, and comfortable. I would note that if you are 6'2" it will be a bit tight in the shower, but the water is good and hot and the shower head has good pressure! The loft ladder could be a bit heavy for a small person, but it is doable. The location is very convenient for Parkersburg/Marietta. Parking is gravel, but very well maintained. It is a great little place to stay!”

“The room smelled horribly, dog pee and blood in carpet, tape holding light switch down, I walked in room and immediately left. Requesting refund!! ”

“Everything was as advertised. It was perfect for what I needed.”
